Serbiz.io counts visits and button clicks with Umami. Umami is made by Umami Software and runs on Umami Cloud, the analytics processor for this site. Umami does not use cookies. This site does not show ads.

A visit record is the page address with campaign parameters only (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term), the referrer, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, and language. Umami also records a country derived from the IP address. Umami does not store the IP address. A button click sends the button name and the page. The record does not include your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into a form.

The free-preview form collects a Facebook page or Google Maps link, and an optional contact (email, mobile, or Messenger). The referral form collects your name, your email, mobile, or Messenger contact, the referred business name, that business's contact or link, and an optional note. Both forms send those fields by email to Serenolabs' two inboxes, hello@serenolabs.xyz and serenolabs@gmail.com. The preview fields are used to prepare the free preview. The referral fields are used to handle the referral. Those fields are not part of the analytics record, and this site does not keep a form database of them.

To slow repeated submissions, the server keeps a file whose name is a hash of the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored. The file holds the times of recent submissions. The next time that file is updated, times older than the limit window of one hour are left out. A file that has not been updated for longer than one hour is deleted when a later form check cleans up old files.

If you arrive with those campaign parameters, this site saves that set in session storage and adds it to links to the Serbiz app, so a signup can be tied back to the post you came from. The saved values survive reloads and restored tabs. They are cleared when the tab or session is closed. They are not stored in a cookie or in local storage.

The home page shows a YouTube thumbnail from i.ytimg.com. The video player loads only after you press play, from youtube-nocookie.com. A separate link opens the same video on youtube.com. When the video is played, YouTube may set cookies or collect data under Google's privacy policy.
